Military Service Online Submission Form

Work has commenced on the next tribute to Wilson's military veterans, this time focusing on the Vietnam War (1960 through 1975). If you, a friend, relative or loved one served in the military at ANY TIME and meet one of the following conditions: you currently live, have lived, or were born in Wilson; you attended school in Wilson; you are from Dillard, Hewitt, or Rexroat; please complete the following questionnaire to be used in future publications.

Please include at least one COPY of a picture of yourself, preferably in uniform, with the questionnaire. Additionally, we would welcome copies of other photos, postcards, letters, certificates, or stories (in good taste) that you have to share about your experience, as they will add enrichment to the book once published. Digital copies of photos (if possible, please scan at 600 dpi tiff and then save the scanned picture as a jpeg file for submission) can be emailed to Melinda Taylor at mindyltaylor@att.net. If you would prefer to submit your photo via traditional mail, submit a non-returnable copy to:
